BB allows us to save time increasing accounts per manager. It also allows us to offer a great client experience that differentiates us in the market. We have amazing customer service support as well for any updates they do that we may need additional assistance with or for any questions in general.
This system easily saves my commercial account manager 6 hours a week. We stopped sending fillable pdfs to our clients. My clients compliment the ease of the system. It takes a lot less time for them to fill out especially when they have renewals. It creates loyalty from our clients because they have spent time filling out 30-page applications with prior agencies. They can send questions that I can respond to the next day in the same application. I can start the application and they can finish it later if they don't have all the information. Plus renewals take a lot less time! The renewal process is the biggest part of the time savings.
I like everything about the software. I probably use the dashboard the least.

We switched because it reduced redundancies. BB, for example, fills out every spot that needs the client's name on it but the client only lists their name once in the application.
We've had a great experience...the customer success team is great to work with and as I mentioned we've customized the experience to cater to a wide range for clients, from small "main street" businesses to highly complicated financial institutions. The flexibility is incredibly helpful as we grow and scale our business and adapt to a changing market.
We love using Broker Buddha because it's flexible and allows us to fully customize the product to specifically cater to different niche clientele that we serve. We've been able to really personalize the experience for each customer depending on what we know they'll need. We've set up custom packages for professional services clients vs technology clients vs TNC clients and everything in between.The automation on the back end is great too and allows us to get out to market faster for our clients, and housing all underwriting data and broker notes in one place allows us to really get the full picture on the client's exposures rather than having to dig through a bunch of files in dropbox or our CRM. Integrated signature is also great...we had previously used a separate e-signature platform and it makes it a much better experience when our customers see the e-signature link come from a familiar platform rather than some new platform they haven't seen earlier in the quoting/binding process.
Not really a con but there is some up-front setup and adjustment that has to be made in order to get started and create highly customized experiences to your liking. We made the decision to do a lot of customization and it was great working with BB's support team to get up and running. We look at it as an investment, and it's paying off!
It has been a good experience. It has saved me time and my customers time in completing the supplemental applications. People just don't like to have to do this, so it eases "the pain" of it all.
Broker Buddha does the work for the agent and the insured. The supplemental applications are completed with the prior year's information when sent to the customer and all the customer has to do is make the necessary changes. It saves time for our client. Also, the emails sent to the customer are as if they are sent from the Account Manager.
Nothing really... maybe the reminders, but normally it's because I forget to set them on the schedule that I want instead of what broker buddha has set up.
